Sole researcher and designer responsible for identifying pain points in the ticket purchasing experience. Completed several iterations in order to streamline the task flow and created Figma prototype from scratch.

For this project my team and I had to chose a problem based around student life and use the design thinking to come up with a solution that was best for our target audience. This was an empathy forward process that resulted in the protyping of an app called TripMate and a video showcasing it's use.
